Usually Nike doesn’t launch Halloween sneakers when it comes to the basketball signature line, however it looks like things will change. Today we get our first look at the Nike LeBron 13 ‘Friday the 13th’.
When LeBron James debut his thirteenth signature shoe on Periscope, he announced there would be a Halloween model inspired by a movie. While he did not say which movie, it is safe to say that these are inspired by the classic film “Friday the 13th” with Jason Voorhees.
Featuring a white upper along with black and red accents. Through the midsole and lace tips is red speckles which is to represent blood splatter. The number 13 is placed in the middle of the tongue while the top of the tongue has the normal branding with a black background but looks to be taken over by white.

The release date for the ‘Friday the 13th Nike LeBron 13 is November 13th, 2015 which is actually Friday the 13th. Retail price is $200 and will be available for kids.

Update: Celebrating ‘Friday the 13th’ Nike will launch this pair of LeBron 13s known as ‘Horror Flick’, although we all know they are inspired by the movie. Retailers like KicksUSA will have them. Are you planning on buying?
